There is nothing as refreshing and rejuvenating as an escape into the quietness of nature. Our area has an abundance of wildlife, including whitetail deer, Canadian geese, Mallard ducks, wild turkey, ring neck pheasant, bobwhite quail, and beaver. The nights are dark enough to see myraids of stars and the milky way. If you enjoy wandering through the wildlife and parks lands we would be glad to direct you to some prime areas to go hiking. Winter is the best time for hiking around here so bundle up and let’s go!
